Can I Disable Steam Auto Update For FearlessRevolution?

I recently downloaded FearlessRevolution from steam. However, I tend to get updates on my working hours. Steam updates all my games without even asking me. Is there a way I can disable the updates or maybe schedule it for my non-working hours? Any help will be appreciated.
