I don't know how Visual Studio Code works, as I never worked with it.
Values are getting readed/written in the config, but they cannot be found through the game itself.

Visual Studio Code is the lightweight version of Microsoft Visual Studio. Has nothing to do with what you're rambling. And I'm going to stop responding now, as it's clear you're continuing to express what you think is going on, rather than researching, then figuring it all out on your own. I swear, some people nowadays feel too cozy to discover things on their own, throwing a question on some forum and minding their business (other shit they do) till 2-3 days later when they return to check T_T..
