"equipment_ptr"+x10 seems to be a list of boolean flags:
(In ascending order from 1st digit to 8th)
1st - Unknown1 (I currently have only one item w/ nonzero flag here, an Odachi)
2nd - Unknown2 (Handful of items w/ nonzero flag here, one guess: items which can be obtained only once in a playthrough?)
3rd - DLC Bonus Exclusive (Unknown2 is always TRUE when this flag is TRUE)
4th - Equipable
5th - Reached Max Familiarity
6th - Newly Obtained (highlighted with ! mark)
7th - Locked
8th - Unknown3 (Always FALSE??)
"equipment_ptr" +10
u mean binary?
Yes, the byte read as 8 binary bits.
And it seems the next byte is also booleans, some of them related to soul core.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Is there any way to set the special effects to max? I set the table to either the dropdown max value and 007F and whenever I reload the game it always reverts to less than the cap value. For example I set my weapon's special effect to Melee Damage 8% but all I could get after reload is 6% anyone knows how to make it consistently hit cap?
"equipment_ptr"+0x20 is the 'chronological order' of the item (ordinal of the item), used in 'sort by newest' feature in the game.
Probably useful if one wants to keep one's favorites on the bottom of the list when sorted by newest.

I get this too... the same thing happened in Nioh 1 with its sanity checks as well. Its quite odd but it does seem like the number in the dropdown doesn't guarantee you will always get that amt depending on factors like equipment grade, familiarity and level. To this day I still have no idea how it actually works...

If the case is like 1st Nioh, then we need to beat last main mission in WOTN. also, the modded equipment must be on Ethereal rank with at least lv 320 + 120 & 999 familiarity, so the attributes can go to legit "max" value.

ah, so that's why it's so stubborn. Currently finishing up DOTS with +24 divine gear so that'll take a while, all i want is extra melee damage and a full +15 imbue element.
I was playing around with the Tea Sets and it looks like changing the level/rarity with the table as you would any other equipment increases one of their stats but the others remain fixed. I am thinking there might be a way to modify the fixed stats so that you can boost them pretty high, without them getting reset when the game reloads. This would be a pretty easy way to stack up a lot of Luck if it does work.
Sharing in case it sparks any ideas for anyone else tinkering with the game.
