Tried this too, also this is now 1.0v, pointer to money looks like it's only visual. And if changed will revert with a minus value.

The save file is in NUA file, i dont know how to decode it even my usual save editor cant decode it , maybe someone could do it though

i've found a temporary solution but it required the old game version 0.8.1, you could use other sources like crack websites that still have it if the steam version can't backtrack to old version
the steps :
1. new game on version 0.8.1
2. Download and use the cheat table created by ColonelRVH i provided below
3. activate the cheat table and just donate 100 to the Avacs and it should be updated
4. play through the day and save
5. quit the 0.8.1 version
6. launch the current version of the game and then load the game with 7 million money

managed to finally find a solution, search -100 (avac donation) 4byte, change values to how much money you want.
first you need to (settings->general settings->show values as if they are signed)
