Cheat Engine Help for Blue Stacks (Simpsons related)

Using Cheat Engine for Simpsons Tapped Out (which is running on Blue Stacks) to add doughnuts but I'm having real trouble trying to alter the value. Every time I think I've found the value of the doughnuts or even when I try looking for EXP's value I need up on a wild goose chase. I follow the tutorials but I'm not getting any results.

Any ideas?
