Haven't found anything for "The Coin Game" online so I made a table.
Cheats:
Infinite Gas/Flashlight Battery/Health/Energy
Infinite Health Pets
Infinite Rubber Bands
Faster Vehicles
Vehicle Engine Stats Hook

Edit: Updated to work with one eye'd billies new arcades and shooting gallery update!
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I been experiencing issues with tickets and money pointers so its unstable and prone to breaking after playing awhile I will try to make it stable this game is very hard to hack for stable values :'(

UPDATE: There has been an update to the game I will work on updating the table and I also recently made a big discovery about mono features that will make it easier to hack this game for stable cheats! Stay tuned for updated table!
