Is there mobile "Cheat Engine alike" one?

I wanted to try changing values in offline games so that I'll get money, but I couldn't find save files anywhere.
If you know any apps alike Cheat Engine, or how to find save files (because none of them on Android/data, and Android/obb is empty) I would be glad.
