Okay, so I fucked up my main save, basically I searched for my perk/attribute point pointers and edited them to give me more, somehow this over leveled me big time and now every enemy in the game is a complete bullet sponge and I cannot figure out how to change my level, I've tried changing my experience using this cheat table but it is limited to the experience in your current level

Gret work. Everything is working fine for me with this table (on v5) so far. I'd have a request to add a no remove cooldowns function. I have a bug that my Sandevistan ability is permanently on cooldown thus I can't use it again. Tried all sorts of fixes and figured the cheat table could actually be the only thing that can fix this other than cdpr.

did you upgrade your weapon and armor?
Yeah to some extent, I crafted new gear which should be at my level if I crafted it (This seems to be the consensus with crafting weapons according to a couple of reddit post on the subject) and then I upgraded them as well and the enemies are still bullet sponges
Open the Memory Viewer on Player Experience and scroll up one line. The address at -0C is your current level.
Oh that's really cool! Thank you
If you don't mind me asking how does that work? I've been using cheat engine since I was a kid and I'm currently in a CS degree but haven't found anything that interests me enough to do any sort of personal project on, but I really like cheating hahaha, I kinda get how memory and pointers work, I'm just curious to why it is 12 bits back?
Also I changed my level and enemies are still bullet sponges

As far as I'm aware the enemies have a set level (probably within a range) in each district you go to, so police are going to be easy to deal with in the first district for example, but a massive pain in the ass in some others.
I'm also having some issues where I didn't hack any items or anything except using the in game crafting and upgrades, but some, not all enemies are very hard to kill.
