Ok...Here's a stripped down version of the trainer with the edits from ExVault, and all the options I found that didn't work removed.

Think you forgot a few,, off top right away, infinite mana just straight up wont activate.

You have to enable Mono to use it.
Odd i have updated the table to "automatically" enable mono as it was posted, but it still isnt allowing me to use mana for some reason. removed the -- from the lines in the "enable" section and yea not sure why its not working. How were you enabling mono previously before that auto change?
I have noticed when i play with max roll item stats i never get exalted items. And without the cheat engine i get them but then i22 get not max stats unikes and the worst i dont got reveal map.
Hard decision if use the engine or not in monololits.
Can some fix maxrollitems to let exalted drop fall?
Also speed cheat doesnt working, woulb be nice if some1 fix it

ok thats what i thought, i was already doing that so oddly enough it doesn't work for me for some strange reason. Maybe I'll try and reload the game + CE
EDIT: Yea closed game + CE = Still not working for me, could just boot up fearlessrevolution for that though I guess tbh lol
Maybe you have slow pc, sometimes mono needs time to initialize (3-5 sec). What you can do to check if everything is ok:
Open Memory view - Press ctrl+g - In newly opened window enter UIGlobeMana.Update - Press OK
If it successfully finds UIGlobeMana.Update than mono is initialized and everything must work.
Wow so many times resetting vendor and still haven't found the Eye amulet. Wonder if something can be done. So the old cheat table has it where if you have the Select Item Roll Rarity on it would make the vendor have a shop full of Unique Items. I wonder if there is a way to set it where it can only have a certain level of items. Like the eye I'm looking for is Level 76 so if it can be set to only to show Level 76 or higher items it would be easier to find.
Here's my save files with all the current Uniques and Set items up to patch 0.8.3.
The stash save location should be C:\Users\(USER_NAME)\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\Saves
Make sure to backup your own stash!!
Do ignore the character stashes as it's for my characters

Thank you kind stranger, this is very much appreciated. Any chance you can keep updating the forum post with a new save file every now and again upon new item releases? Or perhaps have some other means of contacting you outside of this forum to ask if you have an update (eg. Discord)?
And lastly, if there's any chance you could teach me/others how to do it (if it isn't too much of a hassle) so we can update it ourselves, would be absolutely amazing.
Well... Game updated again and, the table doesnt work to me anymore :/
What doesn't work? Everything that was working before for me still works and ExVault's Health and Mana cheats
from around page 16 or so are still working for me too.
EDIT:
So the All Affix Shards from ExVault doesn't work for sure. The Instability cheat does work.
