I don't know what version you have, i've downloaded version 2.0.224, in any case there's 2 options for team hp, one that will freeze their health, other that will enhance their health (full health)...in both ways you won't die.In order to enable whatever option from them, you need to first get hit once, then activate whatever option you might desire and make sure you're using Cheat Engine 7.2, because with this i've made it.

If you have this option of the game i've said, then it will work, if you have another version (though luck, i won't buy this game at all).Best of luck!

PS: more info, just in case, the versions won't match, team health in located in float, very easy to find, or dissect it or use whatever software you might find it useful!
