i have several experiment about how to get safe :

1. dont use command (lvl) (setalch) or anything about level

2. Stamp and bubbles levels are very tricky, just be careful don't bring it all

3. dont drop unobtainable thing like this pict > [Link] or you will get instant banned, before you drop any item check on this wiki [Link]

4. last but not least DON'T BE GREEDY !!!

I did the following things and did not get banned
1. I used lvl commands for skills and character levels multiple times and was not banned (not alchemy levels, I edited those individually)
2. I overleveled stamps a little bit and avoided ban, but recently I put them back to more realistic levels (that did not require crazy numbers of god shards to level realistically ). I edited the bubbles individually.
3. 100% agree with this, never did this and not going to. Although I messed up once and I have one unobtainable item in my slab, but it did not flag me. (One of those days I will find out how to edit the slab. )

Copy the command outside the injector with ctrl+c and you can paste it to the injector with mouse right click.
For those bottles and trash it is easier to edit the amount with this

You can also try this method to try to remove a shadowban, but you might be stuck if its really bad/you don't fix your values:

It is also worth noting that if you hit a "flag" like X amount of levels, etc. when the cap gets raised the flag is usually cleared and set at a higher level, so you may end up un-shadow banned naturally. A lot of normal high end players have exceeded these caps before (such as with the flag being at lvl 500) and it worked that way.
