- 5/6 Settlement progress despite having built/upgraded everything? The letter in the room says I have to get the second expansion to the cattle, fowl and grain farms but I've done it all and it didn't count.
- Triggering the dialogue in Hamtunscire for the world quest Saint Faith? This is a bug that hasn't been fixed since release and I've literally done everything else on the maps but this.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I dont think the inventory editor is going to help you here. I would check the actual cheat table topic. But either way, there isn't really anything there to help fix those issues. I had multiple bugs since launch that got fixed and some that haven't. I'm still unable to finish the Roman Artifact quest to this day. That's on Ubisoft and their buggy releases.
^^ @SpaceMonkeh: i was in the same situation, and eventually decided to collect that value. You'll find it under: [Player status ~ Experience & Skills)...
That said: later on, it turned on there were still unfinished upgrades; those were simply not well shown (not on the map, nor via Raven's "scan") ~ just found some page explaining, which ones to check for in such case...

Hey! I managed to find the "signature" for the dll patch to work again for 1.3.0 . I simply modified the original patch's source code (which is all in the zip), so credit goes to the og creator. Verified to work on the Ubi+ version, but I think it should also work on the standard.
For those who want to DIY it, the plus version's hex code is:

how does this work? theres no .dll to put in my folder
Same as the guide on the first page, the .dll is in \x64\Release\
This is only so you can keep your items you've already added in a previous version of the game, if the latest table doesn't work, wait for an update of that if you want to add new items.
