id like exp pointers, i can hack command points etc myself but i want to have all units at full veterancy rather than godmode since i can just set units to be 20% of my strenght in difficulty and fix objectives that depend on strenght in save file by making a bit of of editing of objectives.

the problem is it not static i found it by complete accident and simply dont know how do to the multiple level pointers

uploding save that has on the southwest several units with varies exp values that should simplyfy search for pointers
password is cheat engine. Hopefully someone can look at it, i prepared everything as well as i can, for best result please mouse over xp bar of the unit to get it to properly register.

1) download db browser at [Link]
2) open \Strategic Mind Spectre of Communism\PanzerUE\data\sqlite.db
3) open table static_params
4) find id 270 and edit paramaters as you like
5) dont make spotting range and gun range too high or game will freeze
6) save
7) restart a new game
8) your starter tanks will have very high stats dont upgrade
