Notes:

• Required that you use Cheat Engine 7.2 or later because used "PE section parsing for addresses" and "AddressList['description']".
• By cheating the "Year", you can travel to the past.
  I tried repeatedly farming 3 times a 4th year, the story flag didn't break and the game was cleared.
• Be careful with Fighting skills EXP, for details here.

Hello!
The table doesn't seem to work with the latest version of the game. I'm getting Lua engine errors and also when I try to click on the "Set item quantity" box, nothing happens.
I'm not knowledgeable enough with CE to make/update tables myself, so would it be possible to get an updated version from you? I don't need every available cheats if it is too much work, but I'm just looking for something to edit the number of resource items I currently have in my inventory Thanks!

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

an item quantity pointer, OP's table work for exploration but not for the rice and anything you find when your at bases, like loaches, plums, and other materials.

I think you can combine with Mochongli table. His table got inf food item. But yeah, get farming skills quicker will be very helpful.
