[Request] Yakuza: Like a Dragon

I haven't been following new releases too much because of my limited time, but how is the game? With combat similar to Dragon Quest or Persona, I may give it a go.

Haven't played either of the games you mentioned but the combat system is different to the previous Yakuza games (at least the ones that are available on Windows Store) - it's more like a turn based combat system as opposed to the classic brawler of the original Yakuza games.

I watched a little youtube of the start of the game. I can probably handle the combat system, but the setting and story are probably not up my alley too much. I also have limited time currently to play games, so I think I'll pass on this one.

yeah close to Dragon Quest pretty fun game its like DQ11 the new one

you lvl Jobs for your character and learn new skills there is some cool skills you can learn and funny ones there is bosses and you can farm stuff and play mini games to get Equipment and stuff the story is intresting for me 7 out of 10 just minor like crashing on ps4 and stuff but pc port pretty good

It's a little strange to play a Yakuza game with a turn based combat system, but because I've played RPGs all my life, the transition is easier. The story is good, and if you like turn-based combat, there's a lot to enjoy about the game.

The game is odd but fun to say the least, but if you are a JRPG fan i would say give it a go, you also don't need to know the past 6 games either since new protag who has been in jail for 18 years so your caught up alongside him.

Have been hearing A LOT of great things about this game, would love some multipliers for exp, job and damage :O
Maybe also a 100% droprate ,

Item quantity is 4 byte. I haven't a clue about the IDs though

idc about " cheat " tbh but i'm very interested into any way of hex editing / cheat-engining my way to get access to EX-Hard difficulty

The difficulty is locked behind DLC i THINK, since as far as im aware ng+ and harder difficulty were dlc in japan, not sure if its in base game in our version.

Here is a table I created for myself for exp and job rank multipliers for the steam version. Been enjoying the game so far but would rather skip the RPG grind with my current backlog.
That being said I'm no expert in making tables (only watched some tutorials on youtube) so please backup your save and use at your own risk.
