Nier Replicant [RPCS3]

I have had success finding most values and addresses, however I have been having difficulty finding some particular things, probably because it IS RPCS3(big endian type). These are, a run speed address, a jump height address, attack speed, and any addresses regarding the "word" modification stats, like Gaurd Break, attack speed, and any of the weapon effects.

These are the addresses I've found:
Gold, XP, Level number, Health, Magic, Max health, Max magic, Attack stat, Defense Stat, Magic Attack stat, Magic Defense Stat, Infinite jumps, Strong Down-air-attack, X Y camera values, X Y Z coodinates. I can provide these if needed.

I'm also simply looking for learning the methods that would be correct in finding these types of address, as I can't seem to find much on working with Big endian in cheat engine. Any learning resources would be appreciated as well if nothing else.
