Important: this was tested on 11/06/2020 on steam version of the game
what i did was:
1-Played a few games (i know it's a bit of a pain) till i got around 2000
2- Open cheat engine select phasmophobia and search for the ammount of money i had
3-Spent 50$ search for the new value and so on till i got only 1 value left and i think you know what to do next
For the xp:
Well this one was a bit tricky not gonna lie but i found out that (and if you know the regedit way it's even easier) so if have a certain level let's say 10 what you gotta do is look for the xp needed to level up if it says you need 80 to level up your Value you gotta search on cheat engine will be 1020
Why?
Cause 10 - is the level and the 20- is the xp you have (or the value that shows when you end a level)
Exemple: You are level 25 and you need 40 to level up the value you got to put for first scan is 2560 (REMEMBER each level is consisted on 100XP to level up)
IF you are level 20 and needs just 10 to level up the number will be 2090
Then after you do the first scan all you gotta do is play a game and look for the new values
What you do is actually really easy...just literally add the XP GAINED that shows on top of the XP bar after the game to your first value.
Exemple: Your first scan was 2240 (level 22 and needed 60 to level up) and after you finish a game you gained 150 xp (imagine playing on high difficulty) all you got to do is add the 150 to the 2240 that will be 2390 and do Next Scan
For me i found the adress right after 1 game but just keep doing till you find it
