What I discovered so far, I'm noting this down in case someone else is interested or in case I forget:
Oxygen level: simple 4 byte scan
Resources for USS Salem: simple 4 byte scans, they are also mostly next to one another
Character attributes: 4 byte scans, they are 30 apart by decrement, i.e. agility -30 = insight. It caps off at 40.
Maximum health (and I assume works for sanity as well) and health can be searched with a 4 byte groupscan, they are right next to one another.
You can also mess with the character perks by searching for the character level (top right hand of the character profile pic). You can keep resetting it to 1 so he can level up again and thus achieve full perks.
Action points are stored in 4 bytes. It can be either 0 1 or 2 (3 if you used the officer skill). The general idea is look under your character's profile pic on top: if both AP lights are off, the value is 0 (don't start search at 0 though); if half a light or only one light is on, the value is 1; if one and half lights are on or both lights are on, it's 2. Find it and lock it at 2 and you can solo everything.
