Painkiller: Black Edition,game speed hacking

Can anyone please teach me how to hack the game speed of Painkiller: Black Edition(V1.64) or Painkiller: Black Edition(GOG)??

It's not that i can't hack speed of any other games,it's just this one,the mighty Painkiller: Black Edition.

So,if you do know how to do it,please help me!!! Thanks a lot!

The game speed is different from the player's speed... or probably not, what do I know?
What I do know is that the player's speed is a constant (float)8, that changes to (float)12 when the Black Tarot Card 'Speed' is enabled.
