How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I mean Command Power is too easy to get, as communist China you expect to barely have any by the end of 1936 I have full command power

the problem is more political power due to how you're forced to keep spinning out expensive generals now. Soviets or France or Germany are easily crippled by the pp cost of generals now.

True, they ruined everything, in terms of generals, if anything the min PP should be set to 2000 the max PP

Just a friendly tip: In steam you can opt in for betas and revert HOI4 back to 1.4.2 until the new CE table is ready. I'm sure you all know that but in case you didn't
