I have been messing around with spawning NPCs statically and as companions, so I thought I would share my current progress. Hopefully it helps others experiment to find more that work as companions to share.
The table is a stripped down version of Zanzer's table using code suggested by oilnarak01 (I am pretty sure they posted the companion code originally. If I am wrong apologies and I will edit the post.)
There is a section for static NPC spawns and one for Companion spawns. There aren't many companions with their own menu entry yet but in the companion testing section I left some in but commented out, some of them worked but not all. I was off sick when I started to mess around with this and haven't had a chance to keep going with it since but I thought it was worth posting for those that were asking.
Because a few people have asked about her, Spoiler
Minthara can be spawned as a companion but if she becomes hostile in the game she becomes hostile as a companion. Sadly Mizora hasn't worked yet as a companion.
Like the item tables you can use this on it's own or open it after opening Zanzer's table and then drag the two Spawn menus into the main table Register Commands menu.

Spoiler
Who can make Mizora a full-fledged companion in clothes??
Noone sadly. She isn't coded as a companion so she won't function like one.
You get to have Shadowheart, Lae'zel, Astarion, Wyll, Gale, Karlach, Minthara/Halsin, Jaheira, and Minsc
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

But naked works as a companion!!!
Sorta? Daz's table makes her follow you around. Don't think she can be leveled up or talked to.
Read above, I had a conversation with a man, he says that the tab that is given on the first page makes it possible to spawn her as a companion, but she is naked.
hello everyone! Has anyone managed to change "Saved Character Pointers" and "Ability Stat Points" ? And then I do everything according to the instructions, but finds nothing. Gives out anything but what you need.
I hasd to disable cloud saving and that fixed the problem works great now.
Is there a way to use the cheat engine to set a paladin character as oathbreaker? My paladin is currently oathbreaker, but there seems to be no way to respec without pledging an oath again, and no way to choose oathbreaker when respeccing.
does anyone have the UUID for Book 2 of the Prince of the Comet quest? this here appears to be the first one,

Thanks so much for checking, I'm also stuck on this quest. However I think it's the wrong item;
Unlimited Prepared Spells not working.
I still have a limited number of slots for spells
save/reload from mainmenu
I tried, but it doesn't work for me... hints?
Btw thanks for the table!
Unlimited Prepared slots is choosing all the spells in your spell book. Don't pay attention on the top, pay attention if you can check mark all the spells at the bottom (from 1-6). Although it does not reflect on the top portion, you unlocked all of the spells (I tested this with Shadowheart and Gale)

If you want Unlimited casting, that is a different option under commands
