How do you attach CE to Genshin Impact?

I followed the steps and got 2nd CE opened with bypass but I can't activate any cheat in CE or search for any value.
I assume the CE was not able to attached to Genshin. I ran the CE as administrator.

Any suggestion?

I have this same issue before I believe this is case by corrupted OS
for me help format and fresh windows 10 install

1 account got banned because i want to test, if they do sanity check on progress.
and yes they did. After the account hit AR20 only in 1 and half days it got banned at the banned time.
but the other account that i play it without rushing the AR still not been banned yet, even after hit AR20 on at least a week.

(i use my portable private CE and mhyprot2.sys bypass).

I also tried to create private bybpass by repack CE using lazarus, I still can't search for any value for genshin impact.

it can be anything. but, mostly it's windows issue, try update your windows to the latest version.
IF you still cannot scan, you need to patch genshinimpact.exe
