GOT Winter is coming

Hi, i have a question, game is serwer based so not much can be done but i found one thing that is PC based, i can find a heath, it is 4 addresses, ( 1 float, 2 x 4 Bytes and Double ) i can change all and freeze. now it is different each time is there a way to make the program find it by it self ? ( like trainers do ) im not very skillful i can find it each time but it is annoying. if any one can help, im posting prtscr:

as you would already read im not asking for a cheat but for a program option. That many tables already has.
