How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I don't think I understand how to set to 1. When I click the Value, it only tells me that 1 will enable/0 will disable, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to actually set it. I'm on CE7.1, if that matters, and NSFW mode in the game. None of the other functions of the table are working, either.

this table is hella outdated.

The table works indeed for the MCS 1.06 version, but it turns out this game version has a bug where you can't jump on yellow platforms and I'm stuck, I have the 1.12s version now and the platform bug is fixed, would be great if the table was updated for this version, cheers!

This does not work at all, on last version 1.1.4s (4 years ago).
Really need to be updated, 4 years has passed, since then, and only2 months, since this cheat's release.
What is the politic ? Fire and forget ? No maintainability ?
