Need help with monarchs journey points in CK2

I'm trying to get the monarchs journey points using Cheat engine, i've managed to isolate the value, well 3 values which all seem to be the points. But when I change them, it just reverts back to how many points I actually should have. I've tried freezing it as well, but it doesn't unlock the rewards. Anyone know how to proceed?
