I also want some help getting Unlimited Health, I have found the resources and ammo addresses but have had no luck with finding health.

Here's a table for the GOG version. I'm not sure if it'll work with other versions. The table is not complete because the game got too easy with the values I found... so I got lazy.
Car: (4 bytes values) Food, Fuel, Meds, 3 types of Ammo
Char 1: (4 bytes values) Food, Fuel, Meds, 3 types of Ammo
Char 1: (1 byte values) Health and some other stats: e.g. Morale, Strength, Fitness, Shooting, etc (I didn't bother finding them all. There are a bunch of ? values that may or may not be stats; i.e. change these values at your own risk)
