I do not see anything broken in the table with 1.12.4. Please indicate what actually is broken from your perspective. Perhaps try closing CE, Game. Reloading both. Attach CE to game. Then activate the top script and report back if you still have issues.
all good now thanks

Changing disease trait to something else leads to crash. Tried changing "Gout Ridden" to "Scarred" several times - every time game immediately crashes. Also tried to remove plague disease trait to something else - same result.

Good to know. Probably not this table's fault exactly. Haven't looked into it but likely there is some additional tracking data for the communicable diseases or something and that becomes inconsistent when this is changed and that is what would need to be changed to remove diseases.
Most of the table functions work fine, except "Find Army". It always shows another army in the world. I think this is a problem somewhere in the army IDs. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Its not you. This started causing problems in last couple of updates. They do use a non-traditional lookup scheme in the first place so maybe that needs adjustment though other allocators seem fine. I wasn't sure what to make of it but since it worked for 4/5 of my own armies I left it in. If that stopped working I would just remove the feature at this point since I'm not really updating the table or playing game any more so do not want to spend hours figuring it out. I would view it as if it works great if it doesn't move on.
Please don't complain about table not working before testing if current table is working. If so please indicate what does not work. As far as I am concerned current table is still functional (except around armies as pointed out above).
I've made several tests to make sure the game works properly. -Make sure to exclude the CK3 folder since the antivirus can make the game crash (Virus & threat protection > Virus & threat protection settings > Exclusions)
-Disable autosave, there is a problem with the base game saving but manually saving the game fixes this problem
-Use DX11 instead of Vulkan, using Vulkan can crash the game
-Delete Paradox Interactive folders from Documents if the game crashes when saving
-Disable Vsync, this only increases performance
-Make sure virtual memory is "automatically manage paging file size for all drivers"
Things you can change using this table: -The player/NPC base stats
-The player's gold, prestige, fame, piety, devotion, dread, and stress level
-The player's religion and culture
-Their traits
-Their gender, sexuality, and DNA code
-The selected culture's innovation progress
-The county's control, development, religion, culture, and build time
-The "integrate title" progress
-The selected siege progress
-The renown of selected dynasty house (may prove difficult)
-The speed of moving armies (1 barony per day)
Things you can also do but can ruin the save file or crash the game: -Edit NPC's culture or religion (this causes the null bug)
-Edit NPC's gold, prestige, fame, piety, and devotion
-Enable the last selected Faith script
-Enable the last selected Dynasty house script
There are other scripts I haven't tried because it's either redundant or unnecessary.
