HELP me - Convert save files between steam IDs

Hello, i really need help if any of you people know how, please guide me how to convert a save file from a steam id to my steam id, the game is Shadow of war, i own a steam copy and somebody is about to send me a savegame of his. i found out a tutorial on youtube but the description says i need codex crack and i downloaded two cracks and none of them works. if theres a method to make a save file to work on my steam id please somebody help me out. thank you. here is the link with the tutorial to know what i am talking about:
