How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Not sure I'll get around to it but for loot generation/randomization I was looking at Dropset.RandomizeItems. There is a UnityEngine.Random.Range in there that might be something to override. I was going to look at that possibly. Some other interesting methods on that class there that might impact quality like perk checks and charisma checks.
The no debugger breakpoints is really annoying. I assume they are hooking "int 3" interrupt or something or just the nature of how it works.
Update: Well that random doesn't do anything really but one can hack the dropset in that function. I edited the spawn chances and the number of items on the structures and got quite the haul. Downside of editing structs is it probably cannot be undone without reloading. I'll play around with it.

At offset 0x44 of StatusEffectTemplate is turnDuration.
Try freezing this and you should be good.
I have no intention to build a complicated filtering mechanism (apparently, all status effects - positive of negative - are in the same add/remove lists) for something I don't even use.
Last update to the first post was in August 2020, latest patch to the game came out in October 2021, it's pretty safe to say this is out of date and won't work without update. In general, if you tick the box on a table and it does nothing it means that either you didn't follow instructions (as to when to click the box, some games have special needs) or the table refuses to work with the version of the game you have.
Played this game again. Here's an updated version of the table, for the Steam release.
Reputation grabber seems a bit dodgy - maybe the hashes have changed?
