I need an Cheat Engine Table for Version "BLES01419" (Metal Gear Solid 3 - HD Collection - Game version 1.03) where i have infinite Health and infinite Supressor. Can anyone upload an cheat Table for this Version (BLES01419), please?

Double click the game select METAL GEAR SOLID 3 from in game menu and close
open RPCS3 location under it select RPCS3.log.rnr open
search PPU executable hash: PPU
Example - PPU executable hash: PPU-005f6599b156cb3d45684919599793ee79456208:
and all patches will work between the two different games

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I have the latest rpcs3 version and BLUS30847 running 1.03 version and this cheat engine file is not working for me as well.

Can somebody explain, please, step by step, how can I activate the scripts? Because NOTHING works. I tried to read Jorge0123 tutorial but I can't stand absolutely nothing of it.

IF not scrips can be changed by -10 in hex

UPDATE Artemis codes
Inside game play option go title screen
or
Load game and it will fill the addresses Past in Freeze the address and re select game from RPCS3 menu
Either way RPCS3 will load game
Warning to many selected like on real hardware will crash use as needed

Artemis codes works indeed, but can you explain what "weapons", "FOOD-nonRitable" and "items" sections do? Are they read only or we can do something with them?

First you need MGS 3 BLUS30847 version 1.03
1. Launch the game
2. Attach table to the process
3. If you need Artemis codes -- activate them
4. Choose "Snake" section for example
5. If you need "health" -- activate it
6. Check (or freeze) all 4 addresses
7. Double click on each address value and from drop-down list choose required value
8. Restart game (reboot option from RPCS3)
9. Start the game, load save and option will work!

Same logic for others Artemis codes

I Know i'm late here, but for some reason adding these into Cheat engine myself doesn't work. I load the process and add both the Addresses and freeze both of their values at "0x...3E8" and nothing happened on reboot.

What i was trying to do initially was bring the camo down to maybe 80 or so. I didn't wanna be literally invisible but harder to see. I initially was entering and freezing 0x00000050 to see if the Decimal of 80 would do anything. no change on restart. the Dec value for the hex of 386003E8 was some large number so i put in 555555555 to essentially halve what it was and then i got a black screen. is there any way to edit this to be slightly lower?

(the imported_patch version of these same codes works just fine, i was just using the cheat engine to test while being able to actively change)

Thank you so much for this, Jorge. Just got my 7950x3d and was finally able to play this game at a full 4K60fps. I know it's on PC now, but I liked playing on EU-Extreme with one-hit sleeps back in the PS3 days, but that version was very laggy in parts. Also only 720p... Finally, I get to live my dreams thanks to you, my man

i seem to be having some trouble with the enemies and boss options. specifically the one hit sleep and never wake up options. how do i get those cheats to work?
