I've compiled all the RAW text lines for items, abilities. outfits etc. (Including DLC)
so all you need to do is find what you want and add using the save editor
How to Use (for adding DLC items):
1. Once you've loaded your save into the editor, go to items tab
2. Choose w/e item you want by clicking the "Add" button
3. once it's in your inventory list, simply replace the name of the item and you're done
Use the link in the READ ME.txt if you want to do more stuff

I couldn't find the Crystal Shards ammo from dlc2, can you please share the id for that?
Curious how to use Ancestry, Religion, and Vice.
Do we add a 1 or 2 to select one of the preset religions, or is the value a range that indicates how religious you character is like with the reputation modifiers?
For Example: Religion: 1-99
Not that this is too important, but any help is greatly appreciated.

Consider it Cut content, what you're describing was present in Wasteland 2 , although it was just there for role playing reasons and had no impact on the story or dialogue choices throughout the game. which is most likely why they removed some of these features in the 3rd installment and replaced them with "Background" presets.
if you haven't played through the second game before getting to 3, I would HIGHLY recommend you do so (Wasteland 2 Director's cut), it will make more sense in the long run when figuring out what most of these unused categories are. If you were to get further access into the 3rd game's files, there are still items/weapons and features that were evidently left out, either because of time (Inxile has other projects to work on) or they're just leaving the blueprints in there for the "Wasteland 3 Director's Cut" Edition. This is the same thing that happened to Wasteland 2.
