It's kind of strange phrasing when it's taken out of the game's context, but I think what they mean is more like "For example: If your challenge is 10 heroic kills, you only need to get 1 heroic kill to complete the challenge."

At least that is how I read it when contextualized to the game. vOv

i think what Cpt. means is, that you could use the Fearless App that STN announced last August, for the HP/Mana Hack.

Either one will do. I always give the easiest and simplest option.
