Saves are stored locally. The only server checks seem to be marketplace credits, challenge card progress and unlocks. It should be possible to edit saves to do what we need.

Yes, its possible and it works. It won't unlock them from the store, but while the trainer is running you can use them.

Most trainers use CE to do stuff already, they just add a fancy GUI. So doing it via CE should be possible. Someone just needs to figure it out.

What are the limits for the various resources? I find when I edit them too high, when I reload the game I am back down to 0.

I know Units = 65000, Nanites/Nanotubes/Catalyst/Plasma = 9999, Uru = 9999

Fragments are higher than 9999 I think but I don't know what.

What about Upgrade Modules, Polychoron, and DNA keys?

Well editing gear levels is super easy, but I haven't been able to figure out reputation yet =(

You can edit stats too, you have to level the gear to find, the stat you want to find, then you can change it to any amount pretty much, the game has no hard caps for some reason.

You actually dont even need to level the piece of equipment, you can just look for the value on the slot, then swap gear and find it.

Thats why I said apparently haha. People on the Steam forums were taking about it, but I havent come across it myself.

Has anyone figured how to edit the percentages of perks if so please share to knowledge, would be good idea to change the gear drop perk(which is only 2%) to 1000%

Editing gear power to MAX is easy. you just have to search the currently power value, then replace with another gear then search that new power value. once you found the addresses, should be easy to change.

Is there anyway to edit an item (except power level)?

I would love to be able to change the stats or the mods on an item to something else and create the perfect items for my build.
Would love it if we could do this like in the Borderlands 3 save editor.
