I'm not being able to add perks nor increase their tiers via the gear editor, anyone else facing this same issue?

As of 3 days ago, I succeeded in shifting my iron man to using gear with score at 165 each piece, all exotic and with perks as listed in the spreadsheet. If something changed within those 3 days of me not playing Avengers, then I wouldn't know. I'll be checking tomorrow as I need to do the same on my Ms Marvel and Hulk (since I rarely use them and therefore the 2 heroes lagging behind in gear score + gear) and keep you updated as to whether I succeeded or not.

I was able to change the perks, it only works if the gear already has a perk ID, but the elemental damage perk doesn't show the elemental logo in the side of the gear.

I'm a total noob.
I've been manually changing stuff with CE and the table with codes.
How do I use this?

you can edit everything on your gear ex LVL, rarity, stats, gear's name, or perk you can see editor lists in the table
for perk and gear's name codes, you can see our community sheet perk codes on page 121

How? I don't seem to find out how to use the editor.
I have been using the table with the codes and manually looking for Perk/Attribute codes and changing them.
Any help would be appreciated.

I went through all 124 pages and if anyone can make a functioning table that forces faction XP to max.... its one of them
