Tools and Plugins

I saw that the Cheat Engine has these two tabs, but for what purpose they are, I haven't seen the use of the Tools tab and what can be placed in it, and the Plugins tab, I saw a plugin to avoid anti cheat (or something like that) but are there plugins or tools that can help beginners or facilitate or were they made only for more advanced people who know the full potential of CE and need more advanced things?
