EDIT: If you can find the 1 with weapons, then I can get all the IDs fast.
Launch_Game.exe+1FE13AC seems to be main character's outfit.
Launch_Game.exe+1FE13A6 seems to be main character's main weapon
Launch_Game.exe+1FE13A4 seems to be main character's sub weapon
All values were 2-byte
For shits and giggles for testing, 5152 is Skyrend+5 (raid sword w/ glow) for main or sub
Launch_Game.exe+1FE13AC is the armor in visualize, correct.
Launch_Game.exe+1FE13A6 Launch_Game.exe+1FE13A4: These two are more difficult. When using a bow, the one you put as subweapon is the one working, but when you pick a sword is the one you say.
When you use the cheat from Canaan to unlock all the outfits and weapon skins. I only got 1 additional outfit, but I got plenty of weapons, and the IDs work, like the dark commanders claymore is 64712. This might actually work for cube skins.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
Out of curiosity since you're here busy man, assuming you don't have the warmaid cafe dlc outfit.
Can you try setting your visualize outfit to 1078? That's the warmaid outfit ID. I'm curious if it'll work because we're effectively bypassing any sort of "equip" checks by just manually adjusting the value.

I have the dlc.

On the visualize adressed there are values that repeat when using a different weapon.
That 'get realizable reward items' in Canaan's scripts is basically 'unlock all visualize attires' and it does seem to work. Should it be added to the table?

I hope you have a backup of your game, it unlocks attires but provokes a permalock on the party.
