Try to load the game without cheat engine on, and play as normal. See if your bug persists. Then slowly enabling the cheats you want to use one at a time, until you hit the one that's causing the issue.. Reload the game, and never use that cheat ever again.
yes i did, i play the game without CE and still the bug persist.....
my guess is all items quantity cheat that make the game buggy like this...
since i'm only use that cheat alone....
My advise is, don't use the item gain multiplier. If you want to change the quantity, use the one under the Pointer category, by highlighting the item you want to change the quantity, and set it in the cheat engine.
ALSO, DON'T Tick Anything under the Pointer Category, if you keep the highlight item quantity on, you'll come across various issues because as you change the pointer in the game, the address change, and will mess up your item quantity and can result in missing items like this. Just keep the tick off, and just change the values accordingly when you want to change the quantity, and it'll still stick. The only one that can be justified with keeping the pointer on is the Weather cheat. Everything else should be turned off.
i have found the fix myself, so this issues has been solved. the culprit is the pointer, doctor gave me humidifier to me but since i have enable item multiplayer i need to set it 1 by using pointer. since i can't manually discard it one by one.... and after i set the humidifier to 1 the bugs happen..... and it tooks me 6 times of gameplay just to find the culprit behind this. geezzz...........
I cannot get recipes from people that are supposed to teach when you reach level 4 friendship.
Did this happen to someone else?
I don't have this issue. I use the multiplier to 255 to jump the FP to max, and as soon as I give my gift to them, they give me the recipe.
Note that they won't give you the recipe if:
1. You already have the recipe from somewhere else.
2. You're giving them the gift of the recipe that they're trying to give. (eg. Giving Chocolate Cookies to Sasha, will prevent her from giving you the chocolate cookies recipe 'forever', since you 'already made it' and give it to her as a gift. So be aware.
3. You can't just give them any item before they give you the recipe. It needs to be a Loved item. So giving them their loved items of 'raw basic items' will give you the recipes.
3. If it's Lou you're talking about, make sure you have the prerequisite recipes before talking to her, and some recipes require you to cook them first before she gives you another.
i'm not using "friendship multiplier cheat" but something wrong happened though when i give present to lilia (popuri's mom) on her birthday her friendship level increase abnormally. usually increase 1 heart but in mine case it increase 3 hearts. and when reach level 4 she not give me any recipe and even after her friendship level max.. another bugs perhaps?
The game naturally give a boost during birthday gifts by 5x. So even without the friendship multiplier cheat. Giving Lilia's her loved gifts with wrapping will give her. 9 x 5 x 1.25 = 56 points. That's about 22% of your friendship progression with them. Which roughly translates to 2-3 musical notes. directly.
But even if you overshoot the friendship level. She should still be giving you the recipe. As long as you follow my points above.

More for those who keep asking Mines level. I provide it with player location.
Seems the game using id each location, Spring mines from 61, so if you want to rush floor 102 for something something, go inside change location with the floor before 102, 61+ 101 then the next you go down and you know it. *Skip floor = Not trigger event.

nope lilia not give me any recipe although i've max her friendship level....... and i don't use cheats like friendship multiplier etc..... so i believe this is a bugs from the game .............. or lilia never give you recipe from beginning with .......
I don't think it's a bug, otherwise a lot of people would experience that. I certainly never had any issue with villager recipes. I got Lillia's Tamagoyaki recipe as soon as I give her loved gift at 255 Friendship multiplier. Which brings her musical notes from 2 straight to 10.
Note that when meeting villagers the first time, Always talk to them first to initiate their "introduction dialog" to get them onto your resident's list. Then talk to them again to initiate the first dialog for the day. These two lines are treated separately. My observation is that if you never met them before and you talk to them during an event (which has a unique dialog line), you would miss the introduction dialog line. Giving gifts directly to them without initiating the introduction line might be the cause of your issue since the game kind of tracking the friendship progression incorrectly. But this is just my guess.
See if you can do things differently this time. Start a new game, set friendship multiplier to 255, then talk to Lilia when it's open. give her a loved gift, and see if she gives you the recipe then. This is literally what I did to all the villagers on the first day. Ensuring I don't talk to them if the first time I see them is during events. So I can make sure I can trigger all the introduction dialog line properly for everyone. If it works for you, then it's probably something that happened to you during your initial playthrough that prevents her from giving you the recipe.

I played with fearlessrevolution's trainer and the fix for the milker giving you turnips instead of the correct milk seems to be tied to the fishing rod charge function.

i just give her random thing and suddenly she gave me the recipe although her friendship already max long ago....

I agree with Akino. Preserved Flower is a event-based item. So it would be not recommended to change the item to that as there might be some unwanted effect on the game, as breaking the event chain.
But if you're willing to take the risk. Preserved Flower is a tool item. So what I usually do is to buy a lot of seeds to put in your toolbox. Then take one seed out and it should fill one slot of your tool hand into a seed.
Then use the Cheat Engine under Pointer to modify the tool you're highlighting. Change the seed into a Preserved Flower. (Or any other tool that you want).
