I looked all over for a table for Atlantic Fleet (the GOG version) and couldn't find any. So I made one of my own. Tell me what you think. The Renown doesn't show up immediately, but will if you exit the shipyard and enter it again. Seems to work. Try it and let me know.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
