In user control panel/edit global settings, there is the option "Allow users to send you private messages: Yes / No" if it is set to "No" then that might be why our messages go straight to the outbox.

I think there may be a minimum age or post count maybe for the PM's.
Yes I've just checked and there is a maximum of 200 messages in the inbox. There is also this option "Do not accept new messages (New messages will be held back until enough space is available)" that might be why we are having problems. There might be a lot of people sending messages, so it could take time to go through them all.
Yeah, same problem for me. It's sitting in the outbox as of today. I hope he gets time to go through these requests at one point. Legendary effort keeping this going and updated by him.
