[HELP] Finding Building time in Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge.

I found it for Building time, But any Vehicles and Units is no rapid add Unit just like Building. Vehicle and Units must delay is 44 (54 Completed build time) eg. If I click selected unit and rapid click approximate is 20 time but result is 5-6 Units. I don't know say is find problem and comparing to code it. Pls. help me
