help to find real value

Hi guys. I'm new to CE. I'm testing it on Subway Surfers to learn how to use it. I can't change any value, coins, keys, score, nothing. I tried everything written in the CE tutorial. I can only find display values. The game works offline but I still can't find the real values. What do I do?

hi try to search for unknown values, or change / not change perhaps encrypted value??
