Super easy to cheat:
Ammo - just 4 bytes search minus what you have loaded in weapon. I.e. for example, simple chisel gun has 1 charge loaded and you see 40 charges in total, thus you must search for 40 - 1 and viola, you've found it.
Items Amount - same 4 bytes search to look for item amount.
Items IDs - the address you found for Items Amount minus 4 bytes offset.

So far I've mapped these item IDs (in decimal), everything beyond this gives empty string:

To ensure that everything works properly, I'd advice to fill inventory with crafting materials and consumables, and craft everything from it. I don't know how properly will game work with directly changed item IDs. And don't change IDs directly to ammo. Game might bug out.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
