For anyone wondering what exactly it is that I'm asking for, I originally explained it here. The tl;dr is, in this game I can choose to, say, send 10 tanks/helicopters/jet fighters/whatever out into the field from their military bases. After I did that, I'd press the hotkey to add 500 military units, making it so that there were 510 tanks/helicopters/etc instead.

The previous games in the franchise had cheat tables with this same option and it was pretty good, hence why I'm asking for it.
