PS: Once you found the pointer for one zone, it's really easy to find the others. Just copy the pointer and modify the first offset by 1 to get to the next zone pointer.
1) Found 1 address.
2) Pointer scan (for address)
3) Loaded another save / restarted the game. Found the address again and refined the pointer table using this new address.
Repeated step 3 for a few times, sometimes the lists went down by 1000, 100 and even by 1.
After refining the table 7 or 8 times and before finding the new address I just tried the address one the pointers was showing and it was the correct one. Saved those pointers in a table and closed everything.
Started the game and cheat engine and discovered those pointers was wrong because they only showed ?? XD

Found out I could keep trying with the saved scans and narrowed that list to 130, it seems those pointers work.

How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
