Borderlands 3 DLL download

Hey everyone im super new to this, and i am going to mod Items on BL3 with the Cheat Engine 7.1, i already downloaded the cheat engine table, and the memory editor, but im looking for the .dll to inject so i can start.

You don't need a .dll.
The table and cheatengine are enought.
You open the table.
Start Borderlands 3.
Attach cheatengine with the PC icon to the borderlands 3 proccess.
Then you can tick the boxes which cheats you wan't to activate.

He's not asking to use a cheat table, he's asking to mod items. And to do that, he does need the dll.
