Has anyone found anything for CDs or mastermind power?

If you're referring to anything related to getting unlimited energy or credits while in a match, no. I'm not helping anyone cheat vs other players.

As for Mastermind Ranks, you can probably do the same thing as how to edit Survivor Ranks.

Thing is, if you level the ranks you can't level up anymore, im trying to find the EXP values so you can still level after putting them to level 50 or something

Your levels will resume once the exp values catch back up to your rank at least... So just pick an arbitrary rank that gives you what you need without being so high that it stunts your progress forever. The exp values are invisible unfortunately, the only way to know is to start on a fresh character and keep track of how much exp you get at the end of every match. There's an equipment point cap as far as I can tell, so there's no reason to be rank 99 or whatever.

Does anyone know why infinite ammo only work for a short time? And then it stops damaging zombies. Would it be an integrity check in the game?

Probably integrity check... You shouldn't be using it to get an advantage against other players anyway.
