made some pointers and 2 misc scripts for the game.
another Unreal Engine, wonder when will SunBeam spot this game as well..
the keyboard/mouse controls of the game.... can be better...
the mouse smoothing is.... quite smooth.
and no on-screen keyboard/mouse button prompt, just for the controllers, but at least I can still see the k/m controls in the settings.
but I expected worse from the NIS America, so....
as for the cheat table.
the aobscan for the enable script is a joke. very likely it'll break on next game patch...
I've been working the whole day at home. spot this game out after dinner, boot the game up with finger cross, hoping to just write some quick cheats then play a while before sleep... and then I find the broken walking animation, locating the responsible for this took me an hour already, then another trace for the pointer base... all these cheating could have been a fun game itself originally, if not for the stupid screen that I do cheats on keeps going black screen for a second for every few mins... (it's still fucking doing this when I'm typing this...... . . . . . ... . . . ..)
so, there is a better a ways to do this, but I'm done for now.
and here are the options:
zero item size keyUpdate1
- added zero item size key.
- added some more pointers.
- by script default, hold CapsLock key while buying/picking up items, the game would think every items in your inventory are size zero, meaning you can buy/pick up all the items your want, ignore the max size of your inventory.
- method soft, means the script won't actually set the sizes to zero, when CapsLock key is released, the size would become the actual value again.
- method hard. means the script would actually set every item's size in your inventory to zero, releasing CapsLock key won't revert the values back to their actual one.
- if the method is soft, storage condition bar/value may look flickering when holding the CapsLock key in the item menu, it's normal.
- no matter which method you chose, don't press the CapsLock key during area loading.
mouse sensitivity multiplier
- by script default, increase the mouse sensitivity by x3, as the game's mouse movement is too slow for me.
walk animation sync
- when walking a female player with keyboard, the walking animation is faster than the walking speed, thus make you seems like walking on ice and having difficulty moving forward. the script decrease the walking animation slightly in order to sync with the walking speed.
- v1 works all the time on the player character, but would affect all the other walking NPCs as well. it's not really noticeable on female NPCs, but you may find the male seems gliding on some angle. (actually the male are gliding slightly already without the script, it just make it more visible....)
- v2 won't work on characters other than the player, but it may stop working during moving sometime. if it happens, just stop for a split second and move again.
- as v1 offers a consistent walking animation for the female player, and the NPCs has their glitch already without the script interference, just use v1 should be ok.
plus pointers to health, max health, stress, thirst, stomach/hunger, bathroom, yen, acquired total, highest asset value, times fallen over, distance travelled and moral points.
