lol... nobody will sell you online cheat with CE table. I would rather code it in c++ and create cheat launcher with HWID lock then sell it to you / month
if it's open world game, it's impossible those options you mentioned are always client sided (except speedhack, teleport, & skill CD if you're lucky), even another old games like rose online and silkroad everything is server side.
Multiplayer cheats just plain sadden me, unless they are agreed upon by everyone in the game. An example is that cheating is heavily frowned upon in most multiplayer Minecraft servers, however, the 2b2t server actually allows cheating of all sorts, so it is accepted by the people who play on it as an expansion to the server.
My personal experience is with Team Fortress 2. Every few matches a bot would join the game which, using the Sniper class, can instantly kill anyone at any range so long as it is in line of sight. There even was a recent exploit where the bots could crash a whole server, thankfully it was fixed but it cost many matches for many players. I do admire the technicality of making fully automated bots that can navigate the geometry, though I wish it was made for a single player game where it could be used and appreciated without causing harm to other people's enjoyment.
