There is a hard way of unpacking the files, editing and hex editing, etc. Like the guy in a youtube video unpacks it using tools, mods it then does a comparison with the modded file to the original in a hex editor and edits the original. Few mods exist and mod makers aren't keen on messing with it apparently as its too much of a hassle I guess.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
The Job Capacity and Instant Raids scripts are amazing. For me, the Instant Raids script is working great with the Pirate Cove but not the Commando Garrison (I haven't tried Spy Academy or Cyber Operations Yet).

I can look at the housing capacity. I actually had to start a new game in order to get ANY raids from Commando Garrison to actually initialize (old savegames from v13 made them stop working for some reason). I noticed that the script does not work correctly with them.. Ill have to mess around with it today and also test out cyber operations (I think spy academy works correctly).

It's working perfectly with Spy Academy and Cyber Operations. The only issue is with Commando Garrison for some reason. They are not returning from the raid. Thank you gideon25. As always, your tables are amazing.

the minimum wealth option seems to affect people above poor too. when you activate it, everyone becomes poor. When you deactivate it then you start seeing people go to the next tier, but broke people start showing up.

Minimum Wealth wasn't working properly so now the script instead of testing for wealth, tests if the citizen is living in a shack, if he is then wealth level is set to poor.
