Updated to v12 + Caribbean Skies DLC (also included in my game were the other DLCs as well so should work for everything).

BIG UPDATE for v12 +Caribbean Skies! Added Dock Import Limits and FIXED everything..Had to find quite a few things again and new things from Greenhouses old scripts. But all broken scripts either fixed or done fresh. Only missing 1 old script!
No criminal or rebel creation and remove existing criminals and rebels:
So the No More Criminal & Rebel Creation will not allow any more to be created. So activate and keep it activated. The Get Rid of Existing Criminals/Rebels option you need to activate, let run a month, then save your game and then load your save game and you will notice all the criminals and rebels gone. In addition the is a new Special Occupation Type in the character editor which include things like spys, rivals, etc. so check it out.
For the efficiency hack: you need to adjust each buildings budget individually. The lowest two budget settings now zero out due to floats multiplying I guess. So it needs to be at least on the third budget which will be 100% or so. The 4th and 5th budget setting is where you get the massive efficiency boosts. With the Business and houses scripts you may have to go to your Almanac and click on each building to update? Play around with them. Everything else should be self explanatory.
Big props go out to Greenhouse for making a killer table! Must have been a lot of work as this game is kind of a pain! Original thread here:

- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
